Maven Wireless Sweden AB (publ), a market leader of groundbreaking solutions in wireless coverage, has been granted a fourth patent in China for Real-valued passband data transport in DAS

The new patent in China relates to the implementation of an active distributed antenna system (DAS) transporting digital passband data. A method is provided of transporting digital data in a DAS. The method comprises receiving data from at least one data source, processing the received data, and providing the processed data as digital real-valued passband data for further transport within the DAS.

Including the new granted patent, Maven Wireless possesses 53 patents worldwide and has additionally 18 patent applications pending.

Maven Wireless receives first order from Indian Rail

Maven Wireless has received an order worth approximately 1 MSEK from AE Telelink, a system integrator in India. The order will be delivered and billed during 2022.

The order includes a Maven Stratus High Power DAS system together with a Cirrus off-air master unit to provide VHF radio coverage for a railway tunnel in the Jaipur district. This is the first commercial order from Indian market.

The new patent in Korea covers key elements on how to provide multi-operator mobile coverage for Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN) systems using Distributed Antenna System (DAS). This patent strengthens and protects the company position for delivering its DAS for ORAN based coverage solutions.

An Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN) is a totally disaggregated approach to deploying mobile fronthaul and midhaul networks built entirely on cloud native principles. Maven Wireless receives 10 MSEK order from system integrator in Singapore

Maven Wireless has received an order worth approximately 10 MSEK from Mozark Pte Ltd a system integrator in Singapore. The order will be delivered and billed during first half of 2022.

The order include a Maven Stratus High Power DAS system to provide radio communications for both emergency services but also mobile telephony coverage for Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. The system contains the latest 5G technology with MIMO functionallity to maximize capacity on the 3.5 GHz band.
