Maven Wireless awarded frame agreement with Swiss federal railways SBB valued at SEK 213m

Maven Wireless through their local partner and system integrator Rhomberg Bahntechnik has received an award letter for a five-year frame agreement delivering bluelight- and cellular coverage throughout tunnels in Switzerland. The frame agreement includes Maven Wireless products and services worth approximately SEK 213m. The agreement can be extended for up to additional 2+2 years.

After a 2-week cool-down period the contract signing process will be started.

SBB Infrastructure provide the rails, the energy and the telecom network for the railway in Switzerland. The railway in Switzerland carries 1.25 million passengers and 250,000 tonnes of goods every day and it has over 270 km of tunnels.

Rhomberg Bahntechnik, with its headquarters in Austria and offices in Switzerland and Germany, is a full railway engineering service provider and offers a comprehensive range of railway construction, infrastructure and service products.

Maven Wireless granted three new patents in Australia

Maven Wireless, a market leader of groundbreaking solutions for wireless coverage, has been granted three patents from IP Australia. This is an important milestone in Maven Wireless’s further expansion in APAC region.

With the new granted patents Maven Wireless possesses 46 patents worldwide and has additionally 26 patent applications still pending. The new Austrailian patents cover key elements of a digital DAS system but also how to use carrier aggregation and build automatic and redundant DAS systems. These patents support and protects Maven Wireless’ business in Australia.

Maven Wireless Sweden AB signerar ramavtal med en fransk systemintegratör värt SEK 120m

Maven Wireless har signerat ett 3-årigt ramavtal värt cirka 120 miljoner kronor med en ny kund i Frankrike. Ramavtalet kan förlängas i upp till ytterligare 2 år.

Kunden är en av de ledande franska systemintegratörerna med fyrtio års operativ erfarenhet av att distribuera TV/radio-, mobil- och fiberoptiska nätverk i Frankrike och utomeuropeiska franska regionerna. Ramavtalet omfattar Maven digitala DAS -system för att tillhandahålla 2G upp till 5G mobiltäckning för alla mobiloperatörer i Frankrike.

Maven Wireless Sweden AB receives 13 MSEK order from Turkish system integrator

Maven Wireless has received two ordes worth approximately 13 MSEK from a new customer in Turkey. The first order of 7,1 m will be delivered and billed during 2021 and the second order of 5,9 m will be delivered and billed during Q1 2022.

The orders covers a Maven Stratus High Power DAS system for providing critical communications for bluelight service in Turkish road tunnels using FM, VHF and UHF frequencies. The Company regional office in Dubai has been working since January to secure these orders.

Maven Wireless Sweden AB receives SEK 12,7m order from a neutral host in the Philippines

Maven Wireless has received an order worth approximately SEK 12,7m from an existing neutral host partner in the Philippines. SEK 6,6m will be delivered and billed during 2021 and the rest will be delivered and billed during Q1 2022.

The order includes a Maven Stratus High Power DAS system for TETRA critical communications and cellular communication covering 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G in a hotel and casino venue. The Maven digital DAS system is prepared for future ORAN upgrades.

Maven Wireless Sweden AB (publ) connects the Øresund Bridge with tunnel coverage

Maven Wireless, designer of groundbreaking solutions for wireless coverage, and Cibicom A/S, has signed a deal with the Øresund Bridge, the initial estimated total value of the contract is 3 million DKK. Together, the companies will provide tunnel coverage for the national systems for emergency communications in Sweden and Denmark.

The Øresund Bridge is the longest combined road and rail bridge in Europe, running nearly 8 kilometers from Sweden to Denmark. The crossing is completed by the 4 kilometers Drogden Tunnel between Pepparholm and Amager.

Maven Wireless, together with Cibicom A/S, a Danish independent network operator and Internet Service Provider, are to provide tunnel coverage for the Øresund Bridge. This provides a scale-as-you need and seamless migration path to future standards and networks, as the infrastructure for blue light communication and service radio is getting updated at the Drogden tunnel and the buildings on Lernacken and the Lernacken tunnel

The Maven digital DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) supports all relevant technologies from 2G to 5G and is the most sustainable and cost-efficient solution on the market. The operator of the system will benefit from Maven Wireless´ end-to-end digital architecture with advanced control, supervision and online upgrade features.

Maven Wireless will be using TETRA technology for the national systems for emergency communications, called RAKEL for Sweden and SINE in Denmark. The initial estimated total value of the contract is 3 million DKK.
