Maven Wireless signs production agreement with Kitron

Maven Wireless Sweden AB (publ) has entered into a production agreement with Kitron Aktiebolag a leading Scandinavian Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company. Kitron has operations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Lithuania, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, India, China, and the United States.

The manufacturing partnership will initially be supported at Kitron’s factory in Jönköping Sweden.

Maven Wireless signerar förlängning av globalt ramavtal med Telenor värt cirka 80 MSEK

Maven Wireless Sweden AB (publ) signerar ett uppdaterat globalt ramavtal med Telenor Procurement Company (TPC) avseende utrustning och mjukvara för radiotäckning av alla mobila teknologier inklusive 5G. Det uppdaterade ramavtalet förlängs med ytterligare 2 år och gäller för leveranser till och med 31 december 2024.

Maven Wireless har under 4 år levererat produkter och tjänster till Telenor Norge baserat på befintligt avtal med ett totalt ackumulerat värde om cirka 135 miljoner kronor. Med en motsvarande leveranstakt inklusive prisjusteringar är denna förlängning värd cirka 80 miljoner kronor för bara den norska marknaden de kommande 2 åren.

Nya EU direktivet om cybersäkerhet stärker Maven Wireless position på inomhusmarknaden

Den 10 november 2022 beslutade EU-kommissionen om NIS 2-direktivet. Senast hösten 2024 ska direktivet bli svensk lag. Styrelse och ledning för fastighetsbolag blir då juridiskt ansvarig för fastigheternas cybersäkerhet.

EU parlamentet vill stärka medlemsländernas digitala motståndskraft för bland annat byggnader. Det nya EU direktivet tydliggör även ansvarsförhållanden där styrelsen för fastighetsbolagen blir ytterst ansvarig för cybersäkerheten i sina byggnader. Detta beslut kommer driva på 5G utrullningen och även etablering av säkrare nät för inomhus täckning.
Maven Wireless produkter levererar täckning för alla operatörer och alla teknologier inklusive 5G med samma säkerhet som de enskilda operatörernas basstationer. Det innebär att säkerheten garanteras genom hela systemet till skillnad mot till exempel publika WiFi lösningar.
