Maven Wireless bekräftad som vinnare av 213 MSEK SBB upphandlingen

Utredningen av överklagandet över tilldelning av ramavtal med Schweiziska trafikverket SBB som meddelats tidigare är avslutad. Den federala förvaltningsdomstolen har bekräftat att Maven Wireless med sin lokala partner Rhomberg är vinnare av ramavtalet med SBB värt cirka 213 MSEK för bolaget.

Ingen motpart har meddelat en önskan att driva saken vidare till federala Högsta domstolen vilket innebär att detta beslut är slutgiltigt.
