Anders Björkman is the Chairman of Elonroad AB and Proptivity AB. He is also a boardmember of Allgon AB. Anders has previously also been the Chief Executive Officer of OnePhone Holding AB and its partnerships with British Telecommunications and KPN. Between 2001 and 2008, Anders was the Chief Executive Officer of Argnor Wireless Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on investing in Nordic companies developing wireless communication products and services. During his time at Argnor Wireless Ventures, Anders served on a number of portfolio company boards. Prior to joining Argnor Wireless Ventures, Anders was the Chief Executive Officer of SEC between 1999 and 2000, and of Tele2 between 1996 and 1999. Anders holds an MSc from Chalmers University of Technology.

Dr. Göran Grosskopf, Ph.D. is a Professor of Legal Science, Commercial Law and Taxation Law at the universities of Umeå, Lund and Gothenburg. Dr. Grosskopf served as a consultant for Tetra Pak and Tetra Laval where he also served as chairman. He gathered extensive experience at Ernst & Young and Vinge & Grosskopf. He is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at IKEA AB. He serves as the Chairman of Herenco. Dr. Grosskopf has been the Chairman of the Board at Peab AB since September 2005. Dr. Grosskopf was a member of the Russian prime minister’s Foreign Investment Advisory Council.

Fredrik has over 20 years of international experience from the wireless industry. Fredrik was previously a board member and member of the management team of Axell Wireless, which had annual revenue and profit growth of 20 percent before the company was sold to Cobham Plc. Before that, Fredrik has worked in several telecom and technology companies such as Infineon, Ericsson Microelectronics and CGI with international positions in Germany and India, among others. Fredrik has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from LTH (Lund).

Johan Sjödahl is currently Director, Global Distribution at Axis Communications AB. He has previously held various positions in sales management at Axis Communications AB, as well as roles in sales management and business development at Ericsson Mobile Platforms AB and Ericsson Mobile Communications AB. Johan holds a Degree of Bachelor of Science from Lund University.

Gunnar Malmström is the owner of Gripsholm Holding, a private investment company, with a focus on operating companies and property management within warehouse & logistics. Among other things, Chairman and owner of the ABC group with logistics services for the construction and property industry in Sweden with rental of construction lifts, weather protection and scaffolding. Board member of the property company BWAB. Gunnar’s financial background is as co-owner, board member and deputy CEO of Aragon Securities. Fund Commission with a focus on share and derivatives trading and Investment banking. Before that at Enskilda Securities (SEB) in Stockholm, S-E Banken International and Ericsson in Paris. Gunnar holds a degree in Economics (DHS) from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Noora Jayasekara has extensive experience from various sectors including service companies, sales, the healthcare sector, and communication services. Her background includes consulting at EY for seven years, serving as Group CFO at Humana, and current positions as a board member at DORO, CFO of Ovozon since 2022, and CFO for Proact since May 2024. Noora holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Södertörn University.
