Anders Björkman is the Chairman of Vinnergi AB, Elonroad AB and Proptivity AB. He is also the Chairman of KebNi AB and a board member of Ovzon AB, Allgon AB and Eastern Light AB. Anders has previously also been the Chief Executive Officer of OnePhone Holding AB and its partnerships with British Telecommunications and KPN. Between 2001 and 2008, Anders was the Chief Executive Officer of Argnor Wireless Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on investing in Nordic companies developing wireless communication products and services. During his time at Argnor Wireless Ventures, Anders served on a number of portfolio company boards. Prior to joining Argnor Wireless Ventures, Anders was the Chief Executive Officer of SEC between 1999 and 2000, and of Tele2 between 1996 and 1999. Anders holds an MSc from Chalmers University of Technology.

Dr. Göran Grosskopf, Ph.D. is a Professor of Legal Science, Commercial Law and Taxation Law at the universities of Umeå, Lund and Gothenburg. Dr. Grosskopf served as a consultant for Tetra Pak and Tetra Laval where he also served as chairman. He gathered extensive experience at Ernst & Young and Vinge & Grosskopf. He is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at IKEA AB. He serves as the Chairman of Herenco. Dr. Grosskopf has been the Chairman of the Board at Peab AB since September 2005. Dr. Grosskopf was a member of the Russian prime minister’s Foreign Investment Advisory Council.

Anders Björck is a Swedish politician who was the Minister of Defense from 1991 to 1994 and the County Governor of Uppsala County from 2003 to 2009. In 1989, he was elected President of the Council of Europe and served until 1991, when the Moderate Party won the election and Carl Bildt formed the government. He was appointed Minister of Defense. When the Moderates lost the election in 1994, he became the First Deputy Speaker of the Riksdag, a position he held until 2002. Anders has also been the chairman of the Swedish Defense Intelligence Committee. Currently, Anders is active as an industrial advisor.

Gunnar Malmström is the owner of Gripsholm Holding, a private investment company, with a focus on operating companies and property management within warehouse & logistics. Among other things, Chairman and owner of the ABC group with logistics services for the construction and property industry in Sweden with rental of construction lifts, weather protection and scaffolding. Board member of the property company BWAB. Gunnar’s financial background is as co-owner, board member and deputy CEO of Aragon Securities. Fund Commission with a focus on share and derivatives trading and Investment banking. Before that at Enskilda Securities (SEB) in Stockholm, S-E Banken International and Ericsson in Paris. Gunnar holds a degree in Economics (DHS) from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Investment Manager Almi Invest Greentech, Stockholm. Board member of BioFibertech, Havredals, Ridely and VNTRS. Karin started at Almi Invest 2018, and joined the Greentech fund in March 2020. The 650 MSEK fund is financed by EU, Almi and the Swedish Energy Agency targeting direct equity investments in Swedish innovative and fast growing start-ups that can significantly reduce the climate emissions. The fund has currently invested in 19 companies and screened well over 300 companies in the GreenTech space. Karin has 25 years of experience from the information technology space, including high level B2B sales, Business Development and International Partnership positions. In the last 10 years she has served as the CEO for Citerus – a fast growing digital consultancy agency, and as the CEO of Evothings, a deeptech IoT startup.

Johan has 10 years of experience in the telecom industry within Ericsson (Area Marketing Manager), Tele2 (Business Area Manager) and 20 years of experience in investments and Corporate Finance from Swedbank (Capital Markets), Industrifonden (Investment Manager) and Graviton VC fund (Partner) and Graviton AB (owner).

Board assignments in Aerowash AB (publ) and Sociallite US AB (publ), both listed on the Spotlight Stock Market. Former chairman and co-founder of RF Coverage AB. Previously about 20 board assignments, mostly connected to investments. Certified board member, board academy 2022. Johan has a master’s degree in industrial economics from KTH and later attended KTH Executive School.

Anders has over 25 years executive experience in the communication industry having held various executive positions at Ericsson and Sinch in Sweden, Europe and the U.S. Anders last position was President for Sinch largest business unit, Enterprise & Messaging. During the last 5 years at Sinch, Anders has been instrumental through COO and President roles of growing the 300 people co founder lead regional company to a global category leader in CPaaS with over 4,500 people. Prior to Sinch, Anders held several executive positions at Ericsson as General Manager for Ericsson’s largest accounts, At&t and Vodafone, including 3 years as part of Ericsson Group Executive leadership team, and in his last Ericsson position, Anders was head of Product Area Telecom Core, 2nd largest product area of Ericsson. Anders has worked and lived abroad for 17 years and was a director of several local Ericsson companies. Anders has a graduate degree in Master of Science from KTH.
