Challenges
- Establishment of a first-class digital Distributed Antenna System (DAS) with redundancy to cater to the Critical Communication needs.
- Seamless coverage and support for both Tetra and LTE networks for all blue light services.
- Mandated future-proof solution capable of accommodating upgrades for 5G, Open Radio Access Network (ORAN), and beyond to ensure sustainability and adaptability for evolving technologies.
Solutions
- In collaboration with our local partner Esharah Etisalat Security Solutions and Nedaa Professional Communication Corporation, the official provider of the Tetra and LTE networks for Critical Comm in Dubai, we delivered this prestigious project.
- Selection of Maven High Power Multi-Band DAS to meet the stringent requirements, offering unparalleled reliability and performance.
- Implementation of two Master Site locations equipped with Orion headend equipment to ensure redundancy and continuous operation.
- Strategic deployment of single-box Stratus Dual Band Tetra 400 and LTE 700 remote units at each Remote Location.
- Establishment of redundant fiber paths from each Stratus Remote to each Orion Master to guarantee uninterrupted communication channels.
